The academy has developed a world class sporting program which aims to:
Improve the quality of Jamaica’s youth football development through the training young footballers in a disciplined and dynamic environment.

Create a safe, highly supportive and professional environment to engender the holistic growth of youth footballers.

Develop a cadre of players capable of matriculating into the Academy’s first team, the Jamaican National team and capable of competing with the best in the global marketplace.

The Academy from time to time take students on local and international trips. These trips are designed to help them develop the skills necessary to become professional players but also designed to help them gain well needed exposure of their skills.
The Academy has won local and internment tournaments and since 2018, has established itself as the most elite football brand in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
